Jordan James

Mr Jordan James was born on February 24 at 12:48 pm. I got induced that morning and thankfully was already having pretty consistent contractions. I thought he would come just as quick as Millie did but unfortunately his head was transverse and wasn't helping the process go very quick. They broke my water and gave me the epidural...which was way strong this time :( I couldn't feel a thing except for sharp contractions haha I had amazing nurses who made the whole experience great! Marc was awesome as usual, gave me my space but held my hand (just the way I like it haha), helped me keep calm and laugh :) he is the best!!!
When I was at a three the nurses were able to figure out his head position so I was put in a ton of different directions, took a nap and then I went from a three to making sure I didn't laugh or he would come out within an hour or so. Ha they paged my doc and that was the longest five minutes ever! I just kept thinking he was going to plop on the table without her there. Haha
The doc got there I pushed three times and just like that I had the sweetest little boy in my arms!!! It was the best to have him in my arms finally...side note: the nurses asked me if I wanted skin to skin for an hour before they cleaned him, dressed him, weighed him and got all his stats. I chose to do the stats and then skin to skin but now looking back I feel that docs are making it very hard to be a guilt free mom nowadays! They do one study that says one thing and then a few years later the opposite is the best way and then it starts all over again. I don't feel that Jordan loves me less because I chose to have him looked over before I snuggled my babe. Maybe it's because of past experience with Braxton and Millie but they still love me...I think ;) off the soap box now.
Little J chillin...of course he came out wide eyed and ready to conquer the world ;) our kids just are born alert apparently.
Mommy snuggles
Daddy pep talks haha
Later that night Grandma J brought the kids up to the hospital to meet their baby bro. Let's just say Braxton was OVERLY excited to see me and Millie wanted nothing to do with me. Braxton loved seeing Jordan and gave him loves and maybe even a head pat but Millie just observed from a distance. After a little while I must say Millie at least wanted to give me a foot rub with her new "oshen" that I gave her.

We stayed the night at the hospital until I could get back on my feet (literally). Marc was amazing and stayed with me...I told him not to and to go get some rest at home but he insisted and I'm so glad he did. Best part was we got the biggest room which had a queen size bed so he wasn't falling off a cot all night. Haha
The next day I was feeling pretty good and didn't want to stay another night so while Marc was at clinic I was packing us up to go home! Everyone says to stay as long as possible but I get way better sleep at home and Iissed my kids terribly! It was definitely the right decision :)
Ready to go home!
My boys just chillin...
My three kids! Overwhelmed with gratitude to have these three beautiful kids with us! We are so lucky!
My sweet mom and Millie made this cute sign and these delicious sugar cookies for when we got home! :)
Attempting my own newborn pics...

After a week of fun and having the best help ever Grandma had to leave :( we seriously couldn't have made the adjustment to three under 3 1/2 without her!!

I'm just dying that I haven't held this sweet boy yet!! Loved reading about his birth since I haven't gotten to talk to you about it yet!
