I love Thanksgiving! Since we can't be with our families we just do our own thing and it has been a fun little tradition the last three years of living here in Omaha. We made our grateful tree and hung out leaves, we made pies and then went to Golden Corral. It was freezing on Thanksgiving this year and of course this year we had to wait in line :( boo! It was only 20 minutes and so worth it!! Millie and jordan LOVED the food and having endless amounts of it haha
Jordan probably ate the equivalent of us adults, braxton had his yummy pudding and sweet potatoes (his favorite) and Millie loved having so many options and the rolls of course!!
We then got home and everyone fell right to sleep for a good nap. Relaxing as thanksgiving should be!
The weekend was then filled with fun festive things to get ready for Christmas! We had to get them in before Marc left to a couple of Oral Surgery interviews. We all of a sudden had a 70 degree day the Saturday after TG and we soaked it in! We walked around the temple and went and saw the Winter Quarters Gingerbread display.
Millie LOVED the Gingerbread display and her favorite was the Rapunzel tower ;)
