So Braxton decided to wake up at 3 this morning and as I sat there watching infomercial after informercial, watching people go from a size 45 to a 6 not having to work out and eating whatever they want. Wishing and hoping I could get Cindy Crawfords Meaningful beauty that has kept her wrinkle free since her twenties. Getting my wallet ready to buy the next workout video...I have already done this one. ha I realized, that I should be enjoying the little boy next to me laying on the couch! He is hilarious! It really is easy to stay awake when I realize that he is having the time of his life staring at his reflection glow in the couch! So...I decided to capture every moment of his early morning capers that make me laugh.
After the couch stare, he went straight to sucking his fingers for a while.
He got tired of just laying on the couch so I put him down on his laydown toy. He was soooo excited to see his little friends. He played with them just 10 hours ago and it's like the first time all over. He was so excited!
He couldn't contain his excitement anymore!
This was the last picture I took before he rolled to his side and zonked out! ha ha Now I am left wide awake and so I decided to blog about it.
Having a child is the best thing ever! I wouldn't trade all the sleepless nights, poopy diapers, worrying about every tiny noise and sad face for anything! Braxton is the best thing to happen to our little family! He puts everything into perspective. His personality is so fun and he really is just an all around happy baby. We are so blessed that Heavenly Father would send us such a sweet spirit...What did I do right to be trusted with such an AMAZING son? I think it might have been a mistake but he is all mine and I am not giving him back! haha
So all you moms and dads (Marc gets up with him the most in the 3 am so I gotta shout out to the hard working dads as well) when you are up with your baby because they just want to be up for no reason, remember that it really doesn't last that long and it is all worth it when you just look at them and they start smiling! :)
Maybe he will do this again next friday when the royal wedding is on! :)

Braxton is sooooo cute, i love the pic of him sucking on his finger!!!!! what a doll!!!! i love him ooo much, and yes he is a very happy baby!!!
Janelle!!! I have been waiting SO long for you to get a blog!! Mostly because I have not seen you in like three years, or something ridiculous like that, and you are married and have a baby and all sorts of exciting stuff.
