First thing we did when we pulled up from our long drive from Omaha was wash the cars in our very own driveway with our very own hose!!! It was such a nice feeling no living in an apartment anymore! The kids loved it and have loved it being a weekly ritual with daddy.
We got to work right away to make our rock backyard fun and a place where the kids would want to play all summer! I think we were successful!
We have a huge tree (don't know what kind) covering most of our backyard and we knew that this would be the perfect tree to hang our swing!
It was awesome realizing we were only 8 hours from family and Marc was able to make it to his first Lee's Ferry fishing trip in four years!!
Jordan has loved being able to do his own thing here.
We got the necessities set up here but are slowly adding to make our house a home. It's possible we won't be here long but I have to feel like I'm at home no matter how long or short the stay!
We made the fourth bedroom into a guest room where many people have already stayed surprisingly!
We also finished our front sitting room which was very hard to do...
We got the final touch when my parents delivered this perfect piano to us!! It has been such a wonderful thing to have!! It's only been 8 years since I had a piano in my home (parents home haha)
Marc's office was finally decorated and looks amazing!! Thankfully Ruth was able to come help me with that one while the men watched the kids!!
DIPLOMAS!!! So awesome!!

Super cute! I've been in my house almost two years now and I still feel like I'm trying to put it all together! Decorating a house is expensive!
