Wolf Creek...Never Heard of It!

For the 4th of July weekend my family decided that we were going to go to Wolf Creek up Ogden Canyon. I had never been there and to be honest...It was GREAT! We had so much fun! We stayed in my parents time share and it had everything we needed. We played tennis (a great sport to play when you are a has been athlete haha), a pool, horse shoes, shopping 7 miles down to Ogden, a good bed and a fantastic game of catch phrase! It really was so much fun to all get together! My SIL Becky has family up in Huntsville which is way close and she always has fun up there so I knew we would be in for a treat!

Thanks Mom and Dad for making it such an awesome weekend!!! :)

We went to the pool and let's just say that I am the black sheep (White sheep in this situation) in the family! I hate taking pictures with these two because they let my true white color shine. Cub is showing off those fantastic abs, Ang is Pregnant and looks better than me in a swimsuit and I still braved the pool! haha I still went and had a blast! This was the 4th of July Parade in Hunstville. It was similar to Cedar but with less advertisements haha

Braxton didn't like it at first...
Then he got used to it...after the cannons went off! You forget how loud parades are when you don't have a baby!
This sweet lady from California made him this blanket and gave him his first 4th outfit. It was so cute and a great idea for showers!

After the parade just chillinI'm a little nervous that these two always look gangsta haha

After all of the festivities of the day we drove home to our new apt. and watched a little Rocky IV! That is my FAVORITE of the series...The best is where Rocky heads over to Russia to fight Drako and trains like a made horse! Sylvester gets you motivated me to get into shape! haha Anyway... 9:30 rolled around and then I realized that we needed to get out and watch the fireworks! It's tradition! So we went and got a 5 piece from Wendys and since we didn't know a specific spot in SLC to watch fireworks so, we went where we went to where we knew best (Primary Children's Parking Garage which overlooks the whole valley) and watched the whole Salt Lake Valley LIGHT UP! It wasn't like we were watching a huge display of fireworks right above our head but it was amazing in a different way...You could pan the whole valley as far as the eye could see and watch these little balls of light pop in the sky. I would say THOUSANDS of fireworks were going off at 10 o'clock exactly. It was really cool!

Braxton was in his car seat and I kept saying "happy 4th of July" to him and this was his reaction! He loved his 4th! haha
