Oh boy was this Easter a fun one!!! We got to have Grandpa and Grandma Johnson, Markus, Ang, Brace, Rush and Rylee, and Grandpa McRae and Micah all come stay with us!! I would say we are THEE LUCKIEST people ever!
Right off the bat the kids were having a blast. The week before having cousins come was all she could talk about. She loved having her cousins to play with! Braxton was very excited too...he remembers everyone and didn't hesitate to drool on and give hugs to everyone! Of course the whole reason for everyone to come clear out to omaha was to meet baby Jordan and to be there for the blessing! He got spoiled rotten with cuddles and loves.
Aunt Ang had these three mesmerized with The Napping House book.
We of course get a bang on the door at 9:30 at night from our connecting neighbor telling us to be quiet. She apparently doesn't understand how exciting it is to see cousins after so long! So we didn't feel too bad. we never complain about her waking us up at 4:30 in the morning everday with her alarm clock ;)
The next day we got to the zoo and had so much fun! It was great this go around because Millie and brax were older. Millie loved all the animals especially the gorillas. Braxton's favorite is the aquarium.
That night while the boys went shopping (weird I know) we made "peep" houses and died eggs for our Easter fun the next day.
The kids woke up the next day amped and ready for an Easter egg hunt and they even got a surprise from the Easter bunny a day early!
Uncle Markus had fun with all the kids. He is a good uncle...
Braxton didn't find the joy in hunting for the eggs so he grabbed his mirror and headed straight for the swing. Haha Marc is such a good dad, despite ten finals coming up, he still played and helped in all the festivities. I don't know how he does it but he is so good at balancing everything! We are so lucky!!

After naps the Easter bunny stopped by and left some great baskets for all the kids. He sure was nice to do it seeming as the next day everyone was leaving. ;)
We took a nice walk to the trains...uncle brace took care of all the kids! Haha
That night we had Jordan's blessing dinner...it was an early Easter dinner with the works!

After the fam left we reset all the blankets and pillows and waited for Grandpa and Micah to arrive...
Jordan warmed right up to grandpa...
Good lookin bunch! We are so glad that omaha was half way to Connecticut so we got to have more family stay!
