The Party

Millie's 2nd birthday was an interesting one...it started off perfect! Grandma Johnson had just made it to omaha at midnight and so when she woke up she had grandma and lots of presents to look forward to ;) she loved her pancakes and "dip" for breakfast and of course would not stop asking for her pink bike. Haha

I wanted to wait to give her her bike but she was just too excited. So Marc put it together and then we got the best video if her seeing it for the first time! Too cute! 

Unfortunately that's where things took a turn for the worse. My mom and I decided to take Millie to her first movie (frozen) and it started off great but the. She fell asleep and a 103.5 degree fever decided to come as well. So we took her to the urgent care and three hours of her bday were spent sad and smelling like puke :(

Based off of this turn of events we had to cancel her party guests and celebrate with our little family and spencer and Courtney...thankfully it turned out just fine and the cake that I had two minutes to frost worked out too. :) 

I am so grateful we had my mom and friends to celebrate her big day! She felt very special! :)
