Millie is almost here! I can't believe how fast pregnancy flies by when you have another little person to be mom to! I remember being pregnant with Brax it felt like time just stood still! It could be that I didn't do much with myself. haha 15 months have gone by and here we are waiting for this little darling girl to come. :) I couldn't help but post a couple pictures of what I have been doing to get ready for her to come...
When we found out we were having a girl I was soooo excited but nervous because I did not know how I was going to get her ready. The bows, the bracelets, the tights, the shoes, the dresses, the finger nail polish...I am so used to a boy who is so chill to get ready every day (maybe cuz he looks homeless a lot of the time ha)! Since I got back from Christmas break I decided I should get on the whole accessory train and use my not so great skills to stay on a budget. haha So, I decided to make little miss Millie a bow box (that will match her room that she won't have until we move to Omaha)... Here I made some burp cloths, bracelets, and to make the bows my friend Kayli decided to have a bow making party for me which was SOOOOOO helpful! I had know clue there were so many great ways to make bows! I am so grateful that she helped me finish that project...I don't know what I would've have done if she didn't do that for me :)
And last but not least...I figured that there are only so many things you can pass down from a boy to a girl before you are just a rude mom. So I decided I should make Millie her own blanket that was girlie! haha

Now. I am sure there are a ton of people out there who could tell me a MILLION things that I am forgetting that she will need. But for those of you who might read this that have a girl and there is something I absolutely, 100%, truly MUST have, tell me!! I am a little nervous she might be coming sooner than later so let me know PRONTO!!! haha 4 more weeks til my due date! Having a lot of contractions though...so maybe sooner (37 weeks would be great!)

Sounds like you are doing good to me! I was all stressed out about it and then when she finally got here I wanted all different stuff. So my advice is just that you will figure out all the accessories as you go! Can't wait for her to get here!
Janelle.. I am so excited for her to get here. You are so talented! Sewing? A real domestic woman! Nice!
