Braxton had his first real trick or treating event! Woo Woo! He did so good! Our cute and quaint little neighborhood was a perfect spot for a first timer. haha There are mainly little kids and there weren't many of them. It was great weather so we didn't even need coats! :)

So a little history about this lovely pic...so Marc and I really aren't the dressing up kind of people. I really want to be! I loved it in middle school and a little bit of high school but I haven't dressed up since then. So, I was watching all of these cute moms and dads outside all dressed up with their kids and I decided to whip up a costume and get in the spirit. I forgot how much fun it was! ha I only had stuff to make a cat (makeup, headband, and some pipe cleaners)...creative right? Not! ha But Braxton loved my ears. Anytime my head would move he would follow it. haha
We went outside and tried to make it look like he was walking up to the stairwell (yes, stairwell. We had to climb stairs to get to the apartments because not everyone passes out candy here) of the first house.
We warmed up at a couple houses and then he got the hang of it! All the people loved his cute little face and costume. I got a couple of weird looks but hey...that's the name of the game.
After we got home he ate all of his candy and passed out from his sugar high...I wish. We actually put his candy in our bowl and gave it to the other trick or treaters and he was so happy to share. haha
It was so much fun taking him out for the first time! I can't wait for next year when he can teach Millie how to trick or treat :) So long Halloween! It was sure fun this year! Next...Thanksgiving, then Christmas! Yay! haha
