Sorry in advance for any of you I might offend. I am warning you that if you are a summer lover stop reading because you might throw your computer out the window with my obsession of the CHILLY, GORGEOUS, SWEATER WEARING, PUMPKIN CARVING, time of year!! haha
I truly am early, but I don't care! I just love fall. I don't know about anywhere else but up here in old SLC it is feeling like fall and I say bring it on! I have already decorated my house...a week ago. haha (even with Halloween decor because I can)
The best part of fall for me is honestly EVERYTHING! Here are some of my favorites!
The leaves on the trees! I love when they change colors. The beautiful oranges, yellows, reds, browns. I told Marc that we will be taking a few drives up the canyon to gather some leaves! My favorite thing to do...thanks to my mom! :)
PUMPKINS! These bad boys are the heart and soul of the season. Everything I do during this season revolves around them. They are in my decorations, my candles, my scentsy, my food, and of course the carving! Holy cow these things are versatile! haha Thanks to all of the farmers who grow these plump, orange, delights. :)

The FOOD! Can I just say that every dessert, during this season, I make has either pumpkin, pumpkin, frosting, pumpkin, oh and some apples in it. I am very sad though because this is one time where being impatient really backfired! I used my one can of pumpkin puree that I had stored thinking that I could just go buy more. NOPE! I am a little too early for that to come into the stores I have been to. Today I am on a mission to find a store that is selling it! I am out and I only was able to make two things out of my little can :(
To go along with the food obsession of this time of year...SOUP! I didn't make this soup. Just found this pic on the internet but I have already started the craze. Hopefully Marc doesn't get sick of it because I think it is going to be a weekly trend. There are just so many different soups out there and I have to try them ALL! :)
5 days and counting until fall truly is here (calendar speaking) but me being my over zealous self started way before and I LOVE IT! Fall is the best! It's the precursor to Christmas! Wow, I am getting a little ahead of myself. haha Love Love Love! Is anyone as obsessed as me or am I just a psycho?

Well Summer is my fav. but I am all about the soups and pumpkin! I do love Halloween! We might as well embrace Fall...its here:) Love ya Nell.
Janelle I loved this post because I am soooooo the same way! I put up my fall decor a few weeks ago. I love summer time but I love the fall more i think. I too love the cozy days, the soups, the beautiful leaves, pumpkin patches, love it all! You guys are so cute
